Copy something that works

You don't have to invent something new.

Entrepreneurs often think they need an original idea.

They don't.

There are thousands of businesses already proving every day that people are willing to pay for something.

Find one that works.

Then ask how you can make a version for a specific niche, a specific country, a different audience, or with one feature that completely changes the experience.

Take a successful horizontal SaaS and make the version specifically for dentists.

Take something working in the US and build the version adapted to Morocco.

Take an established product and remove 80% of the complexity.

Or simply build the same thing better.

Copying the business model doesn't mean copying the company.

The advantage is that one of the hardest questions in entrepreneurship has already been answered:

Do people want this?

Now your job is to find a reason why they should want yours.
