Failure
I watched all videos about how Airbnb and others optimized every pixel, I applied it to have the perfect product. Still, 3 years after, I failed to find a customer. So I learned the importance of selling early.
10% rule
We heard 10% of projects work, we smiled and made a list of 10 projects. Mailwarm was born from that experience. Selling before building was key.
